Objective

To evaluate step 1 of 2 in the CORTAID^® Poison Ivy Care Treatment Kit for its ability to remove the poison ivy, poison oak, and poison sumac toxin, urushiol, from the skin.

Results

• CORTAID^® Poison Ivy Care Removal Scrub is effective in removing 94.4% of urushiol from skin
• No subjects experienced an outbreak on sites washed with CORTAID^® Poison Ivy Care Removal Scrub during clinical follow-up
